Seeking Telecommuting Independent Contract Attorney - Medicaid/Guardianship with experience in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for boutique health care law firm. Candidate must have License in NJ and PA. Passion about advocacy for healthcare institutions and under-represented (elderly, disabled) is a plus. Guardianship and Medicaid experience is preferred. Strong writing and research skills required; experience formulating arguments and case strategies a must. Experience in witness prep, examination and cross-examination required. Self-starter and comfortable with courtroom advocacy.
