Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate Will do initial breakdown and organization of files, all aspects of discovery, medical summaries and chronologies, witness and records log and daily billing of time.Knowledge of construction defect also a plus. Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Word. Non-smoker preferred. Must have BA degree and/or Certificate of Paralegal Studies from a 2 year program. Must have 3 years of paralegal working experience. Registered paralegal with the Florida Bar a plus. Knowledge of construction defect also a plus.
