Associate Attorney Duties: Preparing pleadings. Preparing and responding to discovery. Court appearances (when required). Conducting depositions. Conducting legal research. Preparing for and attending trials. Requirements: Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. 1-2 years hands on litigation experience preferred. Excellent communication, writing, and research skills. Must be well organized with excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work at a pace necessary to manage and maintain caseload and to provide excellent service to clients.
