Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Execute administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. The candidate must have previous experience in Bankruptcy law. Should be competent in the general areas of consumer Bankruptcy Chapters 7/13 including speaking with clients and answering general questions. Familiarity with various legal documents is crucial. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to build rapport with clients and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be able to work independently and as a team in fast-paced environment. Should be self-motivated, client focused and attentive to detail.
