Attorney - Personal Injury The candidate will work diligently to see that our clients receive the best client care and excellent results. Will show compassion and empathy when dealing with clients and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. Desire to take ownership of files and move them forward towards settlement without cutting corners on the client's case. Provide clients with frequent case status updates. Handle client requests and demands accordingly. Communicate daily with insurance companies re: status of claims, demands, and offers. Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc. is required. Must have superb negotiation skills. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Spanish speaking a plus.
