Associate Attorney (Business Immigration) The candidate's responsibilities include: Preparation of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications; Case and account management responsibilities; Legal research and writing projects. Juris Doctor degree required. Bar admission required. 2-3 years of experience at a large corporate immigration law firm required. Experience with high volume corporate immigration accounts required. Experience with all employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories, including PERM required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills required. Excellent client service skills required. Ability to achieve a high level of productivity with accuracy and consistency required. Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing deadlines required. Experience working with Google docs, Google drive, and Adobe is strongly preferred.
