Part-time Paralegal Candidate must have Paralegal Certificate and 2+ years' experience in a Family and Matrimonial Law practice required. Must be capable of drafting orders, petitions, judgments of divorce and stipulations of settlement, with guidance and instruction from supervising attorney. Ability to draft or assist in drafting motions and ability to perform legal research is a must. Must be computer literate and ability to multi-task is crucial. Must be able to interact appropriately and professionally with clients who are in the process of complex and emotionally charged litigation.
