Personal Injury Senior Case Manager/Paralegal The candidate will be managing a case load of primarily auto accident and slip and fall cases from intake and opening through settlement and closing. Intake, opening, file management, management of assistants, medical management of client's treatment, attending medical appointments with clients, scheduling, demand preparation and drafting, negotiations, closing settlement statements and medical balance negotiations. Draft litigation complaints, discovery responses, prep mediation notebooks, depo prep, hearing prep and trial prep. Experience is a must in all aspects of pre-litigation. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
