Litigation Attorney The candidate will be Managing workers' compensation and personal injury caseload. Representing clients in District, Circuit courts and in front of the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission. Negotiating claims for injured workers and motor vehicle collision victims. Assisting in discovery at every level and each type of case. Signing up clients through in-person, virtual or telephonic interviews. Drafting pleadings, writing legal memo's on personal injury cases and workers' compensation claims on appeal. Working in a team environment to grow our roots in the community by assisting with outreach events when necessary. Other tasks as assigned. Must be a hard worker, self-starter, customer service oriented, empathetic, and highly organized. The trial, personal injury or workers' compensation experience is an absolute plus.
