Immigration Attorney - Bilingual Spanish / English The candidate will do management of an independent caseload. Conduct client consultations to ascertain immigration relief. Analyze cases, determine case strategies and prepare clients for interviews, hearings and trials. Prepare and draft legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, motions and appeals. Facilitate the preparation of immigration packages for submission to the USCIS and EOIR. Represent clients before the Immigration Court. Other duties, activities, and responsibilities, as assigned. Should have a J.D. from an accredited law school. Should have 3+ years of verifiable immigration law experience. Should be an active member in good standing of any State Bar. Must have a strong work ethic, excellent writing, communication, organizational and case management skills. Should be a team player. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
