Associate Attorney The candidate should preferably be a Doctorate. CA Bar License is required. Should have 3+ years of Insurance law experience. Must have basic Insurance Defense experience, have experience in drafting discovery motions, and depositions, and are familiar with e-filing in CA. Must have knowledge of all deadlines in California, be able to independently manage a caseload. Knowledge of NetDocs and Centerbase/Teams is a plus.
