Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3- 5 years of litigation experience performing paralegal duties including legal research, case law and civil procedure, discovery, and drafting court documents through a case's life cycle.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Appeal Track, Odyssey, Pacer, ECF filing, Westlaw, Lexus Nexus, Q-Law and various client applications. Must have experience in litigation and trial management, and have the ability to work independently. Excellent organization, computer and word processing skills required.
