Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate should have prior experience working on Workers Compensation matters, Civil Litigation, and/or Insurance Defense matters, some experience with case management software such as Client Profiles, or Trial Works. Scheduling depositions and mediations. Drafting Discovery related documents. Calendaring deadlines. Coordinating events with clients, corporate representatives, and witnesses. Filing documents with the JCC. Drafting correspondence to clients and corporate representatives.
