Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate should have at least 3 years of consumer debtor representation. Should be organized, efficient, detail oriented, and communicates with clients and colleagues effectively. Will significant client interaction and client representation before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Should have extensive experience in handling all aspects of Consumer Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy from start to finish. Must be comfortable with court appearances and/or client consultations. Must be in good standing and admitted to practice in NJ. Should have english/Spanish bilingual. Must have ability to handle the cases from inception through discharge and work independently. Must be organized and self-motivated. Should have top writing skills, excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. Should have ability to work well with others and be team player.
