Associate Attorney The candidate will work for the join litigation team. The position promises extensive courtroom experience, including mediations, hearings, and trials. Will independently manage a litigation caseload, developing cases from inception through resolution, and post-judgment recovery. Regularly handle court appearances ranging from pre-trial conferences to trial. Communicate effectively with management, and clients to provide status reports, and progress reports; and Occasional travel within the state of Florida will be required. JD from an accredited law school; Member of the Florida Bar in good standing; 3+ years of litigation experience (foreclosure, and collection experience a plus); Superior communication, writing, and research skills required. Bench trial experience required. Doctorate required. Florida Bar required. Spanish preferred.
