Family Law Associate Attorney The candidate will provide superior customer service to all clients. Will proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end to include drafting petitions, motions, discovery, depositions and mediation as required for clients cases. Work as a team of professionals to provide the best possible case strategy. Represent the Firm in a professional manner that fosters productive relationships with Court personnel, opposing counsel, co-workers and clients. The candidate should have 2 years of Texas Family Law experience. Must have passed Texas Bar Exam on the first attempt. Must have excellent oral advocacy skills. Should have solid academic credentials with exceptional research and writing skills. Should preferably have first chair litigation eperience, Mock Trial, Law Review, held a Clerkship or are bilingual in Spanish.
