Associate Attorney Candidate will work for diverse litigation practice including securities litigation and regulation, commercial and business litigation, and professional liability litigation. Will: Work closely with other attorneys on legal projects and assignments; and communicate with clients regarding legal counseling and to provide status reports. Must have JD from an accredited law school. 1-2 years of experience. CO bar admission. Experience with client counseling and handling depositions, dispositive motions, mediations and arbitrations is a plus. Strong writing and analytical skills a must. Must have: Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures.
