Seeking Litigation & Debt Collection Paralegal with 5 years' experience of debt collection & litigation or a lawyer who possess strong research and writing skills. Candidate will be asked to perform varying writing assignments such as drafting motions and preparing memorandums. Prepare for trial by preparing trial briefs exhibits, subpoenas, evidence, and motions. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. i.e. Communicate with Clients; Prepare Attorney Calendar; Copy/Scan Documents; Prepare Hearing Folders. Must have: Previous experience in a legal environment. Excellent Writing Skills & Legal Research. Initiative - get the job done with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
