Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3-year experience in Civil Litigation: having jury trial, appeal, state and federal court experience in Personal Injury, Contested Divorce, Medical Malpractice, and Landlord/Tenant cases; Securities Litigation experience is a plus. Work includes: Drafting, Researching and finalizing documents. Conducting whole proceeding, including discovery demands and responses, subpoenas, depositions, examinations, closings. Handling motions and attending court hearings and trials. Retired or half-retired attorneys with more than 20-year litigation experience are also welcomed.
