Attorney The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve cases efficiently generating as much revenue. Documenting all action and communication in the clients case file. Handling a high-volume case load. Negotiating case files with insurance adjusters. Directing legal decisions. Ability to bring past Pre-Litigation experience. Reviewing medical records and bills. Being an empathetic liaison between our clients and their medical providers. Reviewing police reports and property damage photos. Understanding comprehensive medical treatment. Recognizing the costs/benefits of settlements vs. suits. Understanding the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case. Timely resolution of all case matters. Juris Doctorate Degree is needed. Licensed to practice law in Texas is required. Must have 3+ years of Personal Injury Pre-Litigation experience. Detail oriented. Strong in computer skills and written and verbal communication. A strong work ethic, be a self-starter and able to litigate. Efficient and effective with overall time management. Determined to learn and adapt in a high paced atmosphere. Available to work 40 hours per week.
