Receptionist/Legal Secretary - Part-time The candidate duties include answering phone, scheduling appointments and maintaining attorney calendars in CLIO, handling client inquiries, filing documents at the courthouse, preparing legal documents and letters, incoming and outgoing mail, tracking and maintaining supplies, maintenance and upkeep of client files. 1 year of office experience and proficiency in a word processing program with a typing speed of 45 WPM is a must. Must have ability to handle busy phones with finesse and sensitivity to client situations. Computer skills and knowledge of standard office machines, including transcription, is a must, along with being organized, using good judgment and common sense, and paying attention to detail. Work hours are 10-5 Monday-Thursday, 10-4 on Fridays.
