Senior Probate and Estate Planning Paralegal The candidate will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs in the areas of probate and estate planning. Will conduct research to support and prepare legal proceedings. Work closely with supervising attorney and communicate with clients and judicial assistants. Monitor and manage filed pleadings and client files. E-filing of proceedings. Should have 5+ years of experience. Familiarity with e-filing court systems and probate pleading forms essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
