Associate Attornployer The candidate will evaluate and analyze the facts of a case in conjunction with statutory and case law to create an effective case strategy and legal argument. Draft legal documents including memoranda, briefs, pleadings, and motions. Draft and respond to written discovery. Take and defend depositions. Prepare oral arguments for motions. Trial preparation. Attend and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Represent the firm in a positive and professional manner through effective communication with members of the firm, clients, and opposing counsel. Utilize time management and prioritization skills to independently and efficiently manage a caseload with the support and supervision of a senior attorney. Should have 1 year of Litigation. Should have California Bar License.
