Paralegal - Medical Malpractice The candidate will prepare and review discovery documents, Prepare and send trial notices, prepare witness list, status updates and exhibits. Prepares and sends letters to experts, witness & individual clients advising of case status. Cancel outstanding medical records/employment records requests. Enters billable time into Elite system in a timely manner. Prepares check requests for files as need Workflow management Three (3) to five (5) years of paralegal experience, Experience in Medical Malpractice is preferred, College degree required, Paralegal certification is required, New Jersey notary is preferred, Capable of working independently and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload, A high degree of organization and follow through on tasks, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Must be able to perform the essential duties of the position within time constraints, with or without interruption, Proficiency with current MS Office Suite, and document and case management systems are required.
