Associate Attorney The candidate will work primarily in our Foreclosure department. May assist the Bankruptcy department as needed. Must have a Juris Doctorate degree. Must be admitted to practice in NY. Related experience in the Foreclosure, Title Review, and Title Clearance area is preferred. Must have: the ability to review loan documents, pleadings, closing documents, and foreclosure documents, effectively review and cure title issues, strong organizational skills and the ability to correctly complete assignments/projects within strict deadlines, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
