Personal Injury Attorney The candidate should preferably be barred in Maryland (or taking the Maryland Bar in July) and applicants barred in Virginia will be considered. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and will work closely with other attorneys in all aspects of handling personal injury claims, including screening cases, conducting client interviews/intakes, case management, developing legal and negotiation strategies, drafting comprehensive settlement demand letters, and negotiating appropriate settlements. Should preferably be personable and engaging and have an interest in personal injury law and/or insurance law.
