Paralegal The candidate will do all the usual grindy paperwork stuff like preparing claims, doing discovery, writing letters, dealing with opposing counsel, handling client relations, keeping tabs on cases. Will also be helping convert prospects into clients. Will help in case and litigation strategy. The candidate must have run businesses or side hustles of their own, or has a history of killing it in a commission-based sales position. 2+ years of workers compensation experience is preferred.
