Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation The candidate will defend individuals and businesses and represent clients before judges and juries in the trial and appellate courts. Will provide expert legal analysis and arrive at practical solutions for clients. Meet regularly and communicate effectively with clients. Conduct effective legal research. Work effectively with all those involved with a case. Review and draft legal documents. Work collaboratively with other attorneys on cases. Use modern software technology to improve efficiency such as MS Office, Juris and related applications. The candidate should be a graduate of accredited law school and licensed to practice in PA. Must have 2+ years of experience in defense of motor vehicle, premises liability, construction, product liability and commercial liability claims in Pennsylvania state, federal and appellate courts. Consideration taken for licensed attorney who has experience working as a law clerk for a civil division judge. Should have willingness to work outside typical hours, as necessary.
