Law Firm is seeking a Med Recovery Attorney to join its growing Med Recovery Group. This attorney must have one or more years of experience in litigation and experience with Michigan's No Fault Act. This position is available in multiple offices. The Med Recovery Attorney position offers: * Salary commensurate with experience * Relocation package * A healthy work-life balance * A technologically advanced environment * An inclusive culture that values uniquely talented team members The successful candidate will join a robust and growing team. The position involves representing hospitals and medical providers in all collecting patient account from insurance companies transactions including: No Fault eligibility, coverage, causation and priority disputes under Michigan's No Fault Act; health Plan eligibility, coverage, causation and priority issues including pre-authorization disputes, priority disputes, denials for pre-existing conditions, COBRA eligibility, and ERISA preemption; insurance payment issues arising under the No Fault Fee Schedule, the Worker's Compensation Fee Schedule, ERISA health plans, HMOs and Government plans, including customary and reasonable underpayments, third party audits, balance billing, contractual issues, audits and charging lien or fee claims against hospitals and medical providers from attorneys representing patients in liability claims.
