Associate Attorney - Workplace and Campus Investigations The candidate will be trained to conduct neutral, external investigations for a broad range of clients including educational institutions, companies, non-profit organizations, and state and local governmental entities. Must have an active J.D. degree and 1-3 years of labor/employment law experience. Should preferably have experience conducting investigations as an unbiased and neutral party, superior writing and emotional intelligence skills, knowledge of trauma-informed interview practices, and an ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple projects. Preferred candidates will have experience leading Title IX investigations in educational settings or investigating/prosecuting criminal sexual abuse cases.
