Associate Attorney Duties: Assist clients prior to litigation. Will be expected to manage an active case load of 80-90 cases in pre-litigation and litigation (with the help of support staff), to work up the cases, to negotiate settlements, to participate in discovery and law and motion, and, if necessary, to take the case to trial for the client. The candidate is detail oriented, but outcome focused, and is someone who has a desire to get the best results for the client. May have: Any civil litigation experience; Any personal injury legal experience; Any trial experience; Any history playing organized, competitive sports from high school forward to present; Any prior sales experience requiring the candidate to meet minimum sales; Any conversational and written Spanish experience, especially if fluent.
