Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Client intakes. General case management and oversight. Data entry. Organizing and maintaining cases and documents. Overseeing and monitoring important case developments and dates. Preparing immigration forms and supporting documentation. Preparing client, agency, and court correspondence. Keeping clients informed on the status of their case and assisting in management of client expectations. Answering calls and qualifying potential new clients. Should have 3+ years work experience with high volume immigration petitions. Must have BA degree and/or paralegal education. In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and processes required. Must have strong verbal and written interpersonal skills. Should have Good research organization, and problem solving skills. Multilingual a plus (Spanish/Portuguese). Contract Length: More than 1 year.
