Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses, scheduling depositions and obtaining medical records. Will draft a bill of particulars from beginning to end with little to no supervision. Draft discovery demands for a medical malpractice lawsuit with little to no supervision. Draft a proposed jury charge and verdict sheet for a medical malpractice lawsuit with little to no supervision. Excellent keyboarding and computer skills are an absolute must. Prior experience in a plaintiffs personal injury and/or medical malpractice law firm in New York State is preferred.
