Part-time Associate Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience as an attorney practicing family law, including trial. Must have substantial experience in dissolutions of marriage, child custody, child and spousal support, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, parentage actions, restraining orders, and adoptions. Courtroom experience is required. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and opposing counsel. Have strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Have the ability to work autonomously as well as be part of an amazing team. Experience drafting pleadings and related family law forms are essential. Have experience propounding and responding to all forms of discovery. The ability to manage your own caseload from inception to case resolution is needed. Have experience preparing for and attending court hearings, depositions, and trials.
