Trial and litigation attorney The candidate should have 3 years of experience. Experience with first-party insurance coverage work is a benefit, but not required. Likewise, actual trial experience is a benefit, but not required. Candidates with other civil experience (or no trial experience) are still strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience with e-discovery technologies are preferred. Must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Local candidates with immediate start availability are strongly preferred.
