is looking for an Experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team. The position offers a salary range of $36,000 - $47,000 a year and is located in Cullman, AL 35055. The ideal candidate will possess: - High school diploma or equivalent (Required) - 1 year of Paralegal experience (Required) - Exceptional communication and organizational skills - Ability to multitask - Great customer service skills - Self-motivated - Detail-oriented - Ability to track and complete many items simultaneously - Ability to care for clients - Ability to work independently - Ability to manage large workloads - Ability to keep deadlines without guidance - Knowledge of Alacourt, Alafile and OneDrive System - Knowledge of Clio case management software and Mac Operating System (a plus) - Ability to prioritize workload and assignments - Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, etc. - Strong writing and communication skills - Strong attendance history - Clean and professional dress appearance Responsibilities: - Collect, examine, and organize evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation - Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents - Manage, organize, and maintain documents in electronic case management, database, and filing systems - Act as liaison among all parties for scheduling and sharing information - Coordinate the collection, review and production of documents and respond to discovery requests - Assist with trial preparation, assembly of exhibits, witness binders, and appendices for depositions - Summarize deposition and trial transcripts and exhibits - Research case-related factual issues - Compile information and prepare statistics, charts, graphs and other summaries Benefits: - 401(k) - Life insurance - Paid time off is looking for an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team.
