Paralegal- Personal Injury The candidate will provide overall support to attorneys. Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting/reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor/ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record/store client information. Should have 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Should preferably have 1 year of Personal Injury Law. Familiarity with legal research is required. Should have the ability to prioritize and multitask. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline and detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude.
