Plaintiff's PI / 1st Party Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload assigned by the firm, as well as developing their own clients. Will be responsible for client sign-ups, initiating litigation, taking depositions, attending hearings, preparing for and presenting at mediation and trying cases. The candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in the courtroom. Experienced litigation attorney for plaintiff's personal injury and first party insurance law firm. Must be a self-starter, motivated, enthusiastic and creative.
