Family Law Attorney The candidate will be client meetings, communicating, and interviewing prospective clients. Managing all phases of representation of the client. Discovery. Drafting pleadings and motions. Attending Court in Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William Counties. Should have 1+ year of experience practicing law. Must have an active Bar license and be in good standing with the Virginia State Bar. Spanish skills are preferred.
