Associate Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of labor & employment experience and/or criminal law experience. Should have broad experience with all types of labor & employment matters, including: administrative hearings before city, county, and state agencies, PERB, and NLRB; litigating labor & employment claims in state and federal courts; and union business/relations. Admission to the California Bar, immediate transferable skills, a strong academic background, and excellent writing skills are also required.
