Family Law Attorney Candidate will work on divorce and family law matters. Must have their Virginia State Bar license and 2+ years experience. Family law experience is required. Must be passionate about using their skills, their creativity, and their litigation skills to help those truly in need and who expect the best. Should be knowledgeable and able to handle all phases of civil litigation, including frequent court appearances within Hampton Roads and frequent research and law & motion practice. Will have an interest in developing skills to handle complex family law matters, including direct client contact and court appearances. Must be willing to be a team player and take initiative to get work done with minimum hand holding. Must be able to handle a varied caseload and positively contribute to the growth and profitability of the firm; Ability to work as a team and effectively communicate with clients; Able to produce high quality written work; Able to multitask and manage cases with ease. Detail oriented; Dedicated and ethical; Comfortable in working with Opposing Counsel to negotiate and move cases forward.
