Paralegal The candidate will be providing comprehensive practice support and case management. Organize and electronically file documents in various courts and jurisdictions. Draft and finalize tax estate tax returns. Draft and proofread correspondence, notices, documents and forms (ie. wills, POA, etc). Conduct research, as needed. Coordinate and schedule meetings and deadlines. Communicate with clients, beneficiaries and financial institutions regarding estate and trust matters. Review bank statements and maintain accountings. Notarize documents, as needed. Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Should have 2-5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Should preferably have 2-5+ years Estate Planning, Trust Administration and Probate experience. Accounting experience preferred. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Should have experience e-filing documents.
