Law Firm is looking for an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our offices in Alpharetta, Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases in Georgia, Atlanta Metro Area, Alpharetta, Roswell, etc. This includes drafting and filing of litigation documents, interacting with expert witnesses, guiding plaintiff clients through the case process, attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
