Paralegal/Office Manager The candidate will oversee corporate organizations/formalities and associated filings, prepare draft business agreements, assist in contract review, and keep office organized. Will work with three attorneys in a fast-faced office performing legal services for several corporations. Prepare corporate organizational documents. Prepare and file with various state agencies necessary corporate filings. Prepare annual minutes. Maintain organized corporate books. Prepare draft agreements from forms, pulling relevant information from client emails and meetings. Review agreements, making suggested edits with attorneys. Preserve an updated case record system (Clio experience a bonus). Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders. Experience with both corporate work and contract review is desired; multi-tasking and proactive personality needed. Paralegal certification and experience required. Must have proven experience as a paralegal - corporate a must and contract work a bonus. Familiarity with corporate filings including, for example, articles of organization, statements of information, DBAs, Form D, etc. is required. Must have knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and ability to work with legal technology. Must have working knowledge of Clio and Dropbox. Must have outstanding time-management and typing skills. Part-Time: 25-30 hours per week.
