Business and Estate Planning Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate's duties include: Assist the firm's business and estate planning attorneys with their legal work; Obtain and fulfill assignments to meet monthly billable requirements; Perform administrative responsibilities such as finalizing bills, collecting fees, scheduling, processing mail, and other administrative matters; Some receptionist duties are required; High school or equivalent (Preferred). Experience of 1 year (Preferred). Must be a Utah notary or willing and able to become one immediately. Should have good legal writing and typing skills.
