Associate Attorney The candidate will work as a member of our general Trusts and Estates team, while developing a practice with a focus on elder and special needs law. Should have excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills are expected. Superior academic credentials and entrepreneurial spirit is highly preferred. Should have the willingness to invest in the Hendersonville, NC community. Should have 2-3 years practice experience in some or all the following areas: trust and estate planning, trust and estate administration, guardianship administration, special needs planning, incapacity planning, Medicaid planning, veteran's benefits planning. Should be able to work both independently and collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to build elder law practice. Should be able to work collaboratively with social workers, financial, and medical professionals to ensure successful client outcomes. Should be currently licensed to practice law in North Carolina, or eligible to waive in.
