Disability Attorney The candidate will work with firm specializing in ERISA and Social Security Disability. Must have previous experience with Long-Term/Short-Term Disability and/or ERISA litigation. Social Security Disability experience at the Hearing Level is a plus. Must have excellent research, writing and analytic skills. Should have previous experience in handling high case volume and should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
