Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will have law firm experience in general personal injury work including client interaction, drafting letters, drafting pleadings, drafting discovery, medical billing and records requests, drafting medical chronologies / summaries, ability to file court documents, ability to cut deposition clips, summarize deposition transcripts, manage courtroom demonstratives and trail notebooks, calendaring, scheduling, etc. Should have strong academic credentials, writing skills and interpersonal skills are required. Experience of 5+ years of experience.
