Associate Attorney - ERISA The candidate will join team includes litigation in Federal Court in actions against insurance carriers under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (E.R.I.S.A.), administrative appeals of benefit denials, and helping clients to apply for and protect their benefits. Extensive legal writing experience and excellent writing skills required. Federal litigation experience preferred. Experience with ERISA, particularly Long Term Disability and Short Term Disabilty benefits are a requirement. Must have a strong work ethic, be willing and able to learn quickly, and be comfortable engaging with clients and going to Court.
