Attorney at Law The candidate must have 1+ year of experience in a Personal Injury office. Should have significant experience in drafting pleadings such as: summons and complaints, bills of particulars, response to demands, requests for judicial intervention, notes of issue, and others. Should preferably be creative and have the ability to craft letters to other attorneys, insurance company representatives, clients, and others. Should preferably also know how to prepare trial subpoenas and OCA documents and able to write and oppose all types of motions.
